Perforators are our Specialty, our "best thing" if you will.
TOLERANCES: We use grinding wheels to cut all notches after heat treating
to ensure tolerances. We DO NOT use the inaccurate methods of "burning"
in notches using EDM or milling in notches before heat treating like some
of our competitors.
CONFIGURATIONS: We are capable of producing any configuration you desire
from 1 tooth per wheel to 100 teeth per wheel.
SLOT WIDTH: We can notch slots as small as .005" or as wide as 1.000" +inches.
DIAMETER CAPABILITIES: We can notch anything circular from .75" in diameter
to 15" in diameter. We can accept any of your parts that fall within this range
and perforate them for you, or we can supply the knives and custom perforate
them for you.
QUANTITY REQUIREMENTS: We can perforate ANY QUANTITY for you from
2 parts to 50,000 parts.
TURNAROUND TIME: In most cases perforators are stock items for us.
We can usually ship orders within 24-48 hours. When we perforate your
